In her hand-painted furniture and scratchboard art, Joan Hewitt, the prime mover behind Four-legged Arts, specializes in themes from nature, brightly colored and in great variety, from butterflies and fish to African and Australian wildlife, pets and and farm animals. Joan lives and works in Westcliffe, Colorado. Barbara Hewitt is the matriarch of the talented trio, which also includes Joan's talented sister Anne. Barbara has created wonderful treasure boxes, creatively applying designs and materials of all kinds to single and nested boxes of various sizes. Anne's specialty is colored pencil representations of pets, including horses. Her work is vibrant, appealing, and faithful to her subjects. All three artists offer custom work and individual pieces for sale.
Shamanic Arts Studio - offering a stunning assortment of shamanic drums, rattles, and jewelry. In addition to display and sales galleries comprising over a hundred beautiful pieces, artist Terry Keepers has provided a wealth of educational material and resources for visitors to his site. He also conducts workshops on his art at his studio in Boulder, Colorado, and in other locations.

We attempt to provide an athletic, quiet tempered, friendly, and trainable horse with a solid beginning.
Stormyridge Appaloosa - offering quality Appaloosa horses and Boer goats for sale. This extensive site includes many images and pedigrees of the horses from newborns to adopted mustang Bullet, photos of the ranch, discussion of the origins and development of the Appaloosa horse, and an informative tour of Westcliffe, Colorado, its history and amenities for visitors, and the Wet Mountain Valley along the east side of the stunning Sangre de Cristo mountains. Selected saddles and equine products are also offered.
